Did you get this mailer calling you an "inconsistent voter" and suggesting an "audit"? What it says to me, an independent

intimidation mailer to audit "inconsistent" voters

What this mailer says to me is, "big brother is watching you and if you don't vote and for the 'right' person, you will be audited." If you have received one, I want to hear from you at contact@livtx.org.

It's obvious intimidation. There's a lot at stake on Tuesday, when Texas primary election day takes place.

In my Congressional District (CD-10) there are 9 candidates running to replace Congressman Michael McCaul in the Republican primary. McCaul is not running for reelection after 12 years.

Is this his self-imposed term limit or is this his chance to be free of an administration that has reversed course on the most important promises made by Donald Trump, to wit: ==> Peace, ending "forever wars," and

==> Cutting deficit spending including, "inefficiencies in defense spending."

McCaul, a leader in U.S. foreign policy, warned the President before his state of the union address, "You break it, you own it." He was referring to Iran. See HERE.

Today, as I write, the United States and Israel bombed Iran and killed its leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Now Iran is bombing US bases in Qatar, Iraq, Jordan and Kuwait. This could be the most important 9 months of McCaul's political career, not to mention the

most important Republican primary (Election Day is Tuesday, March 3) for those living in Congressional District 10, where I live. The GOP primary in CD 10 has 9 candidates!

On Friday, the last day of. early voting, I chose someone other than Chris Gober to vote for. Here's what I think and I cannot prove. I think the Trump backed candidate in this race, attorney Chris Gober, long affiliated with Elon Musk's election activities, is the person meant to benefit from this creepy mailer. Musk's DOGE utterly failed to rein in Pentagon spending that could have generated $500B in savings and not harmed our capability, according to Reagan's former OMB economist, David Stockman. Listen up, friends. All members of Congress will be asked to take up the cause to end the endless wars and to reorient to taking care of American needs at home NOW!

We may know well after this primary election day, March 3rd, whose money paid for these mass mailings. But this race could be settled if Gober, with the biggest purse in this race, pulls off a miracle of getting 50%+1.

For now, the disclosure statement on this mailing, that is it's paid for by the "Texas Civic Engagement Project, a 501c4 nonpartisan, nonprofit organization," is unverifiable. There is no such organization that we can find at the Texas Secretary of State's Office, the IRS or the Texas Ethics Commission, where campaign spending is supposed to be reported.

Send these guys a message: Stop bombing us with creepy mailers and creepy politics.
