This Election Day Shenanigan Takes the Cake!

Travis County Commissioner Pct. 4 candidate, Susanna Ledesma-Woody, running in the Democratic primary, had an Election Day shenanigan that takes the cake. According to the Austin Chronicle, Susanna's opponent, longtime Travis County Commissioner Margaret Gomez, mass emailed and texted just 4 days before Election Day, the false claim that Susanna had pulled out of the race. Susanna appears to be only 219 votes behind Gomez with the race yet to be called. Susanna is raising money for a full recount that will cost $6600. Donate here.
