Judge Pitman rules Mike Collier, Texas independent off ballot. It ain't over on ballot access reform 'til the fat lady sings!

Today, US District Court Judge Robert Pitman issued an order refusing to place Mike Collier, Texas independent on the ballot as an independent for Lt. Goveror against Dan Patrick.
That said, this case will proceed on its merits! Read the court's order. It's also apparent to us that Judge Pitman is aware that the Texas ballot access laws raise real questions of law that deserve to be heard. LIV members! Get ready for the next rounds in court and in this election. There are a few, but exceptional, independents running down ballot who can set the bar for many three-way races in Texas to proceed. One of them is Liz "Sumter" Gajdos who is helping LIV start an LIV Hub in Hays County as she runs as an independent for Hays CountyJudge.
