On Tuesday, May 26 -- the last day to vote in the runoffs-- at 9 am, the Bastrop Commissioners Court could vote to trigger the Governor's honeypot -- the Texas Enterprise Fund -- for a taxpayer subsidy of Space X, whose largest investor is Elon Musk.
